An off-cycle pair, no sprint: foreman gets its visual identity, and adopt learns to meet the one terminal it couldn't — the plain kind. The pre-release review caught the new adopt path exiting half-done under scripted use; fixed before the cut.

foreman has a face. A logo — stacked terminal panes, the front one live and prompting — now marks every surface: the explorer's menu bar icon (a macOS template image replacing the
fmtext, correct in light and dark menu bars), the README wordmark, and the project site's header and favicon. Assets and brand rules live indocs/assets/logo/. Closes #90. -
adoptworks from a plain terminal. Outside tmux, adoptno longer errors: since a running shell can't be moved into tmux (no pty re-wiring on macOS), it creates a new participant starting in the current directory — role presets deliberately not run — and attaches the window you're in as its viewer. The old shell resumes on detach, and the window is user-opened, so it is never auto-closed. Bareforeman adopt <role>infers the project from the configured root containing your directory, else the directory name. Scripted use (no TTY) creates without attaching and prints thegohint — the same contract asnew. Closes #92.
