patient and staff classes are generated by person class
consultant doctor and resident doctor classes are generated by Doctor class
each hospital has many wards
each hospital has many departments
each department has staffs that are classified into 3 types which are operation staff, administrative staff,and Lobar
operation staff has many teams
each team consists of many doctors and nurses, and each team is leaded by one consultant doctor
