The four "What's New in 3.x" sections gave a reader release history where
they wanted an orientation. They are replaced by one Building Blocks table
-- Glass, Touch, Jelly, Blend, View, Components -- and the parts of them
that were the ONLY documentation for touch, the blend, the render paths and
the per-component Skia requirements survive as permanent sections instead
of version-stamped ones.

CHANGELOG picks up the 3.5.0 entry, including the "Undefined name
'internal'" web build failure reported on Flutter 3.29, and pubspec goes
to 3.5.0.
