Fixed the ThirdPersonFlight option

Fixed the mouse not always unlocking when opening menus
Changed the camera to not exit firstperson view as often when unlocking the mouse
Fixed the strafe speed when swimming
Added a GeneralInteract keybind so there's less need to unlock the mouse to press buttons
