Move the setup pages from the README to the wiki Environment variables, AI providers, job sources and the job agent, Gmail and Calendar, backups, upgrading, troubleshooting and privacy now have their own pages, and the guides link to them instead of the README. The Ubuntu server guide takes the README's notes on other proxies.
