Initial updates to "fork" (actually a mirror-push) to:

Update README.md, manifest.yaml, package.json, and LICENSE to give credit where it's due
Update @slack/bolt dependency to be latest
Add in dotenv dependency and relevant files
Fix manifest.yaml to turn 'messages tab' on
Remove @slackapi's .github/ files
