A design-system refinement pass over v0.1.0, grounded in real design references (Carbon tokens, shadcn palette, restraint & typography principles).

• Consistent tinted palettes per theme (warm paper · sepia · warm charcoal · true black)
• Lighter, intentional type weights + a fixed modular scale; tabular figures; ch-based reading measure
• Quieter chrome; refined settings popover with live font previews
• Subtle grain, tinted shadows, focus rings, press states, prefers-reduced-motion
• Progress bar via transform (GPU); removed em-dash-heavy copy
• Passes impeccable detect with zero anti-patterns
