Fixes math rendering from v1.2.0 so it works everywhere (local server and the live demo).

  • ∑ LaTeX is now extracted before Markdown runs, so backslashes survive; $$…$$ renders as centered display math
  • Fixed a static-build bug that collapsed $$ to $
  • Frontmatter tolerates a leading blank line

▶ Live demo — now shows a frontmatter card, KaTeX math, footnotes, Mermaid and a file tree.
