AI-Powered Elephant Detection

This project now includes AI-powered elephant detection for wildlife sighting reports:

• Real-time Analysis: When users upload images for elephant sightings, the system automatically analyzes them using a trained TensorFlow model
• Confidence Scoring: Each detection includes a confidence percentage to help validate reports
• Smart Alerts: Alert messages include AI verification status and confidence scores
• Fallback System: If the AI service is unavailable, the system gracefully falls back to manual reporting

Setting up AI Detection

1. Install Python dependencies:

pip install -r requirements.txt

2. Ensure the trained model elephant_detector.h5 is in the project root
3. The detection API will automatically use the model for analysis
