Notification fixes + Google name root-cause fix

Notifications: timezone fallback (Asia/Kolkata, was UTC → 9PM off by 5.5h), weekly schedule no longer silently lost on Sunday evening
Name fix: Google display name now captured at sign-in (was missing for many accounts)
