Rename release for Codex Usage Nano.

Changes:

  • Renamed the project, SwiftPM package, app bundle, executable, and screenshots to Codex Usage Nano.
  • Rewrote README content for general users.
  • Removed private-snapshot naming and owner-specific metadata from public-facing files.

Verification:

  • swift test
  • TZ=UTC swift test
  • swift build -Xswiftc -strict-concurrency=complete
  • ./script/build_and_run.sh --verify
  • codesign --verify --strict --deep dist/CodexUsageNano.app
  • xcodebuild iOS simulator build
  • release zip downloaded, SHA256 verified, unzipped, codesign verified, installed to /Applications, and launched
