A reproduction of the model of rat navigation cells.
Training and test sets were generated using Unreal Engine 5 (UE5).
This model uses SFA and ICA to produce outputs from video (320x40 resolution). The outputs mirror those of place, grid, and head direction cells, depending on the movement statistics of the simulated rat.
Currently, the project needs to still be run with a single batch of data and the outputs calculated.
