Since Date Support

Added support to specify "Since Date" to fetch transactions since specific date.

Alpha Release

Alpha release and early in development. You can fetch all transactions. Keep in mind that there is no way yet to specify getting only transactions since a certain date. So, if your budget has a lot of transactions, you will download large amount of data.
