适配 DSH 0.1.5-rc.1（含 0.1.2 起的破坏性变更修复）。

  • 修复无法启动：settings namespace 改走 settings 服务注册（上游删除了 installSettingsSection / settingsNamespace，旧实现会在启动时抛错并让 dsh 退出）
  • 修复 🔊 重播按钮失效：浏览器端改从 Chat 目标的 useChat 读取消息（Session snapshot 不再携带会话视图数据）
  • 修复长文播报从第二行就停住：heading 模式无标题时改念「有头有尾的开头」，中英双语句末判据、窗口边缘多看一位、maxChars: 0 不再静默无声
  • 修复「工具调用出错」详情：适配 0.1.2+ 的嵌套结果块，英文报错不再因路径含中文而被念出
  • 引擎代码改为纯 ASCII（丢 BOM 不再影响行为）；speak.sh 的 Perl 模式改用码位转义，修掉 macOS 侧完全不修剪
  • 新增 npm test：引擎两侧长文契约、宿主事件与队列、浏览器 bundle、settings 接线，外加 BOM 与 PowerShell 语法不变量检查

Compatibility with DSH 0.1.5-rc.1 (fixes the breaking changes introduced in 0.1.2).

  • Fixed "dsh will not start": the settings namespace now registers through the settings service (upstream deleted installSettingsSection / settingsNamespace; the old code threw during boot and took dsh down)
  • Fixed the dead 🔊 replay button: the browser half reads messages through the Chat target's useChat (the Session snapshot no longer carries conversation-view data)
  • Fixed long announcements stopping after the first line: with no markdown heading, heading mode now speaks a coherent opening — bilingual sentence boundaries, one-character lookahead at the window edge, no silence at maxChars: 0
  • Fixed the tool-error detail: 0.1.2+ nests the result text, and an English error is no longer spoken just because its path contains Chinese
  • Engine code is ASCII-only (a lost BOM no longer affects behaviour); speak.sh's Perl patterns use codepoint escapes, fixing the macOS side trimming nothing
  • Added npm test: long-text contract for both engines, host events and queue, browser bundle, settings wiring, plus BOM and PowerShell-parse invariants
