[feature request] ignore option

I'd like to assign a list of files to be ignored from being checked eg parity files, .git files.
It could be in like a return separated list of file types in a file specified by --ignore

So, I'm thinking of making this operate under two options...

1. build support for a standardized ".bitcheckignore" file that works sort of like a ".gitignore" that you can put in any sort of file or wildcard options to ignore in the folder that would be recursive.

2. a secondary --ignore that can take simple patterns like --ignore '*.par2' and you can pass in.

how does that sound?
