What's Changed

Add --info, --list, and --file CLI Options

Adds three new CLI features for targeted file operations and database queries:

  • --file (-f) - Process a single file instead of scanning directories. Supports --add, --update, --check, and --delete (removes record from database only).
  • --info (-i) - Show database details for a specific file (hash, dates, current status). Requires --file.
  • --list (-l) - List all tracked files in the database. Supports --recursive and --single-db. Marks missing files.
