Install

  1. Download the zip above.
  2. Drop it — do not extract it — into your .minecraft/resourcepacks folder.
  3. Enable it in Minecraft's Options → Resource Packs menu. Place it highest in your pack list since it's meant as a hotbar-only overlay.

Optional OptiFine CTM support is bundled in for connected glass pane textures.
