BREAKING CHANGES

  • rc-workflow: auro rc-workflow no longer creates or updates a GitHub
    "Release Candidate" issue and now requires an ADO_TOKEN. It resolves the RC
    Release ticket from Azure DevOps and skips creating a Release PR when no
    release ticket is linked. The RC branch/PR are now named after the ADO ticket
    id (rc/) rather than a GitHub issue number, and the command exits
    early instead of proceeding when ADO_TOKEN is unset.

Rework the RC workflow so release tracking lives in Azure DevOps rather than
GitHub. A new ado-release-ticket.ts module scans the RC commits for AB#
Azure Boards references, follows their work-item relations, and resolves the
single linked ticket tagged auro-rcs as the Release ticket (erroring if more
than one is found). RCWorkflow uses that ticket to name the rc/
branch and to reference the ticket in the PR body via an AB# mention token,
dropping all GitHub RC-issue creation, updating, and release-note generation.

Add admin-scripts/update-repo-secret-ADO_TOKEN.sh to push the ADO_TOKEN secret
