NO. At present, Bedrock Voice Chat does not work on Aternos Servers due to Aternos Servers not supporting upload-able behavior packs. There currently is no way to enable the necessary permission.json changes to allow for minecraft/server-net to be installed for Bedrock players, and Aternos does not have a dedicated IP to run the embedded Java server.
