Fixed block creation sometimes failing, freezing the application.

To get started, simply download the .zip down below called "Block.Manager-win32-x64-1.0.2.zip" and extract it when you have finished downloading it. Then run the "Block Manager.exe" executable to start the application. That's it! If something doesn't work, feel free to create an issue here on the GitHub repository or send me a message on Discord - my username is "Albertbz".
