Initial release of the curated Open Knowledge Format (OKF) catalog.

• Data-driven catalog: single data/catalog.yaml drives README (4 languages), CLI, and MCP meta-server
• convert-to-okf: zero-dependency CLI converting Markdown lists / JSON / URL lists into OKF bundles
• MCP meta-server: awesome-okf-server with search_catalog, list_catalog, get_catalog_entry, catalog_stats
• 4-language README: English, 中文, 日本語, 한국어
• Agent-friendly: dedicated 'For AI Agents' section with rules and schema
