Initial release
This is the first release of ScreenGPT, a tool that analyzes screen content using LLMs. It responds to user prompts by processing both visual data and user input, requiring an OpenAI-compatible API key. A Windows X64 executable is provided, while Python installation is an option for other operating systems.
