• Renamed all Articles.*Article methods to Articles.*, for example, Articles.MarkArticles is now Articles.Mark, because the Articles suffix was redundant and inconsistent with the rest of the API.
• Made all ListAllArticlesBrief methods return a list of BriefArticles, not a wrapper object around that list, because the wrapper didn't have anything else useful in it.
• Replaced .NET 9 TFM with 10 because it was only there to avoid bundling System.Text.Json 9 if it's already provided, but now we need 10 to get JsonIgnoreCondition.WhenWriting/WhenReading.
• Added Articles.Get method to find one detailed article by its ID (short or long).
