Implement champion change tracking in LiveClientService

- Added a new Dictionary to track the last resolved champion for each summoner, enhancing the ability to monitor champion changes during matches.
- Introduced a method, TrackUnexpectedChampionChange, to log changes in champion names, improving debugging and match analysis.
- Updated the logic to clear the last resolved champions when a new match is detected, ensuring accurate tracking.
