The Share/Send To screen has been added to the Feed component.
The route for this screen is: feed/:_story/share e.g. http://localhost:3000/feed/1/share

In the app/client/templates/feed/share.js file, the reactive button is defined in the 'click .js-share' event

If an item is being shared, 'data-sharing' should be set to true, otherwise, it should be set to false.
