v0.2.0 — pskt push

Closes the package authoring loop: edit a package in `~/.pskt/`, run `pskt push `, and the CLI handles bump + commit + push.

What's new

`pskt push `

  • Detects git changes in `s//` and aborts with a friendly "nada a fazer" if nothing changed.
  • Generates manifest interactively when a package doesn't have one (version, description, author — author defaults to your `git config user.name`).
  • Bumps version with a prompt for patch / minor / major / no bump. Manifest is rewritten in place via regex so comments and TOML formatting survive.
  • Default commit message `s/ v`, editable interactively or via `-m`.
  • Same GIT_ASKPASS auth flow as `pskt sync` for HTTPS tokens.

Example

```
$ pskt push agents/my-agent
Mudanças em agents/my-agent:
M agents/my-agent/agents/my-agent.md
? Bump version
patch (0.1.0 → 0.1.1)
minor (0.1.0 → 0.2.0)
major (0.1.0 → 1.0.0)
no bump (mantém 0.1.0)
? Commit message: [agents/my-agent v0.1.1]
→ git add agents/my-agent/
→ git commit...
→ git push origin HEAD:main...
✓ Pushed agents/my-agent v0.1.1
```

Installation

Unchanged from v0.1.0 — one-liner reinstalls the latest:

```bash
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Alecell/Perskent/main/install.sh | sh
```

Or upgrade an existing install:

```bash
pipx upgrade perskent
(or: pipx install --force git+https://github.com/Alecell/Perskent.git)
```
