v0.5.0 — pskt status + shell completions

Adds a consolidated `pskt status` view and documents tab completion (already shipped by Typer but undocumented before).

What's new

`pskt status`

One screen with everything you usually care about:

What it shows:

• Workspace: clone HEAD, clean/dirty state, count of commits ahead of `origin/main`.
• Registry: total packages, broken down by kind.
• Installations: root + project totals, plus two diagnostic categories:
  • Outdated — installed version is older than the registry. Suggests `pskt update`.
  • Orphaned — installed but no longer in the registry (someone ran `pskt destroy` upstream). Suggests `pskt remove`.

Shell completions (documented)

Typer has been shipping completion all along; the README now points to it:

After installing, `pskt ` lists commands, `pskt install --` lists flags, etc. Dynamic completion of package names from the registry is not wired up — completion covers commands and flags only.
