New Features & Improvements

• New PAL and JPN builds — Added dedicated builds for playing the PAL and JPN ROM versions. (Available to install from GitHub.)
• Anisotropic filtering — Added a new Anisotropic option to the graphics settings. (Merged from the PC port.)
• Mipmap & texture improvements — Added mipmap and texture clamping support, along with bot-related fixes. (Merged from the PC port.)
• Spy gadget rendering on AMD GPUs — Fixed the rendering of the CamSpy, BombSpy, and DrugSpy on AMD graphics cards. (Not confirmed yet — please test and report if you still encounter issues.)
