JevRev is a small CLI gate between agent planning and implementation. This first release includes:\n\n- Jev, local SemIf, legacy local, and replay providers\n- deterministic policy gates for constraints, duplicates, confidence, and budget\n- JSON and human-readable CLI output, stdin/file handoff, and doctor diagnostics\n- three offline demos and a recorded local-model routing benchmark\n- the JevRev agent skill and protocol documentation\n\nThe attached tarball is the exact package artifact validated by the release checks.
