I want to use it with AAOS development project. But it looks like the explorer only give read-only permission while not supporting editing files. |

Under what path are the files you're trying to edit? Usually files Internal Storage are editable, by opening the preview pane (switched from Details under the View menu in the toolbar). There is a max file size for this in the settings, and PDF and images are displayed instead of being editable as text. Please attach a screenshot of the details view (scrolled to bottom) with the drive selected in Drive view, and also the details view with the file to be edited selected. |

Besides, could you please add the feature of change file permission? Some files after deployment need to be executable and now only way is to use shell command "chmod +x" to enable this feature. |

I released a preview build with your fixes. I added permission editing as you asked, in the details pane, where the location and phone support this, you'll see an edit button ✏️, clicking on it will enter permission editing mode: |
Yes, I see that now - I'm adding full parsing of
mountto keep track of write permissions of all locations under/. Currently only the preview pane is allowed to [attempt to] save files in read only locations (which was an oversight). In the next version the preview pane will follow all other actions, all of which will check the specific mount to enable/disable.
