Find apartment is now much faster and more reliable. Moving between wards no longer teleports back to the city (no more gil spent per ward): it hops to the ward's entrance aetheryte and uses the ferry, gate or Odilie to pick the next ward, in every district.
Walking is smoother: it locks on and runs straight to shards and ferry NPCs, waits until menus have closed before moving, and no longer jumps around when a walk takes a while.
Fixed getting stuck on the side of the Shirogane apartment stairs (both main and subdivision), under the Empyreum shard terraces, and standing still after reading a building's rooms.

Fixed the fashion accessory on login getting cancelled when switching characters with a destination (like /hw+ fc). The accessory is now equipped first, and the Lifestream trip waits a moment only if something actually had to be equipped. Plain logins work exactly as before.
Added an optional congestion queue timer under Client settings. It shows how long ago the queue started or last updated on the "server is currently congested" dialog, and once the refresh rate has been measured, counts down to the next update.

Added "Find apartment" to the Ward Info panel on the ward select menu. It visits every apartment building in that district (wards 1 to 30, main and subdivision) and stops at the first one with free rooms, showing how many are free and the first room number. Press Continue to keep searching and collect more, or OK to stop. Requires Lifestream for travel.
Added an optional sound that plays when an apartment is found (off by default), under the Ward Info settings.
