MultiBootStartupMenu 0.4.0

Startup menu for the Vu+ kexec MultiBoot: at every power-on the receiver
shows the list of the installed images and starts the one chosen with the
remote control.

Tested on Vu+ Ultimo 4K, with OpenBH 6.0.x and OpenATV 7.x.
Languages: English, Italian.

Install, in one slot you actually use:

opkg install enigma2-plugin-systemplugins-multibootstartupmenu_0.4.0_all.ipk

Then restart the GUI and switch it on from
Menu > Standby & Restart > MultiBoot startup menu setup.
