Fixed
- Restore Linux startup by using the CLR-2 generic dictionary setter signature required by Mono.
- Isolate startup telemetry failures so they cannot prevent Magicka from launching.
Validation
- Add a pinned Mono 6.12 startup compatibility gate to release packaging.
- Validate the CLR-2 payload and run the full Flutter analysis and test suite on Windows and Linux release builds.
