Improves side annotation cards so their resting heights better reflect comment length, folds dense pages gracefully, and fully expands the focused card. New annotations and annotation-list navigation now reveal the side cards automatically, including reliable navigation to lazily rendered pages. The README now includes a fuller visual walkthrough with real plugin screenshots.
