New powerup

Added a Distance powerup that shows you the distance from the goal for 1 second.
Every bubble has a 1% chance of spawning with a Distance powerup inside.
Distance powerups have a lightning emoji inside of them.

Added a Giver powerup that gives you 30 more pops.
Now you start off with only 50 pops instead of 300.
Every bubble has a .05% chance of spawning with a Giver inside.
Givers have a bubble emoji inside of them.
