Help UNINSTALLING completely

I've been using cudatext for a few years now but recently I've been having really bad issues with the windows explorer crashing every time I make a new text file with cudatext or have any program that creates files that are defaulted to run with cudatext. This is on Windows 10 Pro

At this point I'd like to completely uninstall and remove cudatext and the DLL's and registry files from my PC, ideally. I will try again with cudatext on my other PC later.

I don't have an uninstaller .exe
I followed the instructions in the wiki about dealing with installation errors (regsvr32 /u "\cudatext_shell64.dll") and I did the step to deal with the DLL, I got the confirmation the DLL was deregistered but when I reset my PC it did not remove the context menu of cudatext.

CMD and Powershell running commands to try and run the uninstall_shellXX.cmd doesn't work either (sorry if that's obviously stupid to try, I'm not a coder I just hobby around in this space for fun)

Any help would be much appreciated.

note: you have Cud's dir in the 'Program Files' (I guess it is usual 'Program Files' of OS).
it may lead to problems: 'Program Files' has writing disabled for many cases, so Cud cannot write to 'settings' folder.

uninstall of shell-extension: run 'uninstall_shell64.cmd'. if it dont help: read the welcome-text on https://github.com/dinkumoil/cuda_shell_extension . author is @dinkumoil .

When I ran that command in powershell the cmd opened and closed immediately. Is that the expected result?
When I ran the command I saw in that link in CMD it said it failed to load. Does that mean the previous command worked and it can't find the files to uninstall?
Sorry for all the noobish questions, just wanted to be sure it all worked.

@Torvich Let's do it from start. do these steps without Cud's *.cmd files now.

• open CMD prompt (AKA terminal window) with ADMIN rights. admin rights are needed to run regsvr32
• change current dir to the CudaText's folder, so "dir" command can show 'cudatext.exe' too
• run in CMD prompt: regsvr32 /u cudatext_shell64.dll
• show resulting screenshot of CMD and its GUI windows (if any)

after this, my DLL is not used. Explorer still can show 'Open in..... CudaText' item but it is from cache.

so you ran these steps already. but 'Open in... CudaText' item still shows. Then some Registry cleaning is needed.
