Out-of-band Electron desktop release on GitHub to ship the four post-v0.20.6
fixes to desktop users. Update-pipeline counter intentionally left at 16 —
this does not ship a new signed Docker manifest.

- fix(deploy): NASdeploy.sh bakes PUBKEY into the image — fixes silent self-update break
- fix(updater): "you're on the latest" no longer logs a red error every 6h
- fix(home): footer link points to the public repo URL
- docs(home): refresh stale bits on the welcome screen
