Additions

• Aircraft wingspans checks instead of wake turbulence
• Countries restriction to airport config
• Apron stand attribute
• Schengen is now exclusive (false -> only not Schengen aircrafts)
• Smallest stand is now assigned to avoid small aircraft occupying large stands
• Airport config files won't be overwritten if no version info found in file (ability to use custom files)

• Random assignation is no more
• Stand TAG item color is now set from label.json or list.yaml
• Bug with aircraft parsing giving wrong Use

• Manual Stand assignation menu is still only working for LFPG at the moment
