Release v0.3.2

1. This implementation is being used in an object pool, that's why it uses generics instead of bytes.
2. Since performance was the goal, some unsafe view operations were introduced, read the documentation and be careful when using it.
3. Hooks were introduced to perform actions before blocking, both on read and write operations.
