Massive update!

Main features:

MUSIC!!

image Built in music player! you can play your .wav files! If you close the screen with the music and headphones, the app will still enter in sleep mode but with the sound enabled so you can still listen to your music or sounds!

I also added more settings!

  • Preview resize: it will stretch the preview to use all the screen. useful to preview 4:3 images
  • Audio sync: this will restart the audio every time you play an animation
  • Play/Stop audio.

And yes, it supports ARGV for .wav too!

(I also plan to add microphone support)

Animations improvements!

  • now the information of your animation will be displayed in the bottom screen.
  • Animations are now stored on RAM if you have free space:
Hardware Animation RAM Notes
Not enough RAM None (uses the SD card) Everything moves to the SD card and works from there (like it used to).
DS Phat / Lite + Memory Expansion Pak All available 8 MB official, some Everdrives can have more.
DSi 12 MB —
DSi debug / 3DS family 16 MB The other 16 MB are used internally for other stuff.

New camera features!

Now you can record videos!

  • Pick the FPS using the animation icons.

  • Videos are saved as 128x128 16bpp.
  • Personally, I recommend 6 FPS. The DSi camera isn't really fast, and higher speeds will just end up in duplicated frames.

GIF export!

Yes, you can finally export GIF files!

  • You can also import them, but big files won't load — so I recommend using it for export.
  • You can also export a 16bpp file; the app will automatically reduce the colors for you.

RAW export!

Now you can export RAW files. This is just a dump of the animation file.

  • This is temporary, but you can always import and export what you have, even if the file is something like 250 MB.
  • Just make sure to set the right BPP before importing it.

I also added more details like a big optimization, bug fixes, nitroFS, a progress bar, more UI icons, etc.
