v1.1.0 - document download refactoring

Enhancements:

1. Tested with the updated Debian trixie version of 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS on both a Raspberry Pi 4 and 5.
2. Refactoring of the document downloads:
   • The FPS software and documentation are now obtained by cloning https://github.com/Nakazoto/FloatingPointSystems.git
   • I've added an optional script to download the FPS documentation from https://bitsavers.org/pdf/floatingPointSystems/
