First public pre-release of Stylink: use a supported Android stylus as a Windows drawing tablet through USB tethering.

Setup
- Install
app-debug.apkon your Android phone or tablet. - Open
Stylink.exeon your Windows PC. - Connect the Android device with a USB data cable.
- Turn on USB tethering in Android settings.
- Open Stylink on both devices and select Connect phone on the PC.
- Enter the 8-character code shown on the phone the first time. Future connections pair automatically.
No USB debugging, ADB, driver installation, firewall commands, or command windows are required.

Notes
This is a pre-release built with AI-assisted coding and tested on a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Other Android stylus devices may work, but have not yet been hardware-tested.
Stylink currently supports USB tethering only. Keep both apps open while drawing. The USB tether connection is not encrypted in transit, so use a direct USB connection.
Windows may show a SmartScreen warning because this community build is not code-signed.
