We are excited to announce TempCleaner v3.0! This major update introduces two powerful new cleanup modules to help you free up more space and improve system performance, along with an improved UI experience to fit everything comfortably on screen.

✨ New Features

  • Clean Font Cache: Safely removes the system's obsolete font cache files. This can help resolve font rendering glitches and free up disk space stored in C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\FontCache.

  • Clean Windows Logs: Efficiently cleans up bloated Windows log files, event viewer traces, and diagnostic reports. Targets deeply hidden temporary log data from USOShared, DiagnosticLogCSP, Windows Logs, and System32\LogFiles.

  • Run All Cleanup Integration: Both new modules are now automatically included when you hit the "RUN ALL CLEANUP" button for a complete, one-click system optimization.

🎨 UI/UX Improvements

  • Taller Window Design: We increased the application window height to 800px (with a minimum of 780px) and Width 430px. This ensures that "Run All Cleanup", the status messages, and the "Close app after cleanup" checkbox are perfectly spaced at the bottom with no elements cut off.

  • Modern Icons: The new modules have been equipped with unique, system-appropriate icons, and all new labels are fully localized in both English and Arabic.

⚙️ Under the Hood

  • Added safe service management for the FontCache (stops/resumes the service automatically to bypass file locking issues).
  • Expanded the CleanDirectory logic to safely handle a larger variety of Windows log paths without corrupting active system processes.
