Adds temporary USBS_LOG_I logging to device_linux.c's enumeration path
to gather real-hardware ground truth for a beta report that could not
be reproduced locally (ARCHITECTURE.md section 22.10). Marked as a
GitHub pre-release by release.yml. Not a functional fix. Do not use
this build as a normal update - a real v1.2.2 will follow once the
underlying issue is understood.
