First release

Streaming CSV profiling in C++17.

• Missing values, mixed types, numeric min/max/mean
• Quoted and multiline fields; CRLF and UTF-8 BOM
• Text and JSON reports
• Width validation with script-friendly exit codes

Windows: extract the attached x64 ZIP and run ./csvscope.exe examples/sales.csv. The portable executable includes its compiler runtime and passed all ten black-box regression tests. SHA256SUMS.txt records the ZIP checksum.

Source builds also passed the initial GitHub test matrix on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Other platforms can build from source using CMake or a C++17 compiler.
