First release

Python source dependency maps without third-party packages.

• Internal imports and cyclic groups
• Mermaid, Markdown, and JSON output
• Relative imports and package-aware module discovery
• CI-friendly exit codes

Download depmap.py and run python depmap.py path/to/import-root. Requires Python 3.10+. Nine regression tests pass locally; the initial GitHub matrix passed on Windows and Linux with Python 3.10, 3.12, and 3.13.
