FileGRC 0.12.1 fixes Classification collection reviews in model v10.

  • Allow temporal Collection Review populations to reference every configured reviewable resource type, including Classification.
  • Keep Collection Review population relationships separate from Obligation scope relationships.
  • Reject future models at load time when a configured Collection Review type is missing from the allowed population relationship.
  • Add end-to-end coverage for saving and validating a Classification collection review.

This is a backward-compatible patch release. Existing model v10 workspaces do not need a migration.
