Config Doctor v1.0.0

First stable release of Config Doctor, an offline Windows utility for inspecting and comparing project configuration files.

Supported formats:

Possible-secret detection is heuristic and is not a complete security scanner.

Download the portable ZIP and its checksum file. Extract the full archive and run ConfigDoctor.exe. No installation or administrator privileges are required.
