- Push Notifications (Alinto#15): 11 tests — VAPID keys, subscribe/unsubscribe, persistence - WebSocket Live Updates (Alinto#29): 2 tests — SSE endpoint - Health Dashboard (Alinto#33): 4 tests — service check, latency, failure - Mailbox Debug (Alinto#35): 3 tests — endpoints, anonymous user - Appointment Slots (Alinto#47): 6 tests — CRUD, data validation, Redis storage - Fixed PushService: replaced scan() with index set, _send returns bool - Fixed helpers.py: mail_settings MagicMock returns proper max_delay - All 204 tests pass, real Redis infrastructure, no mocks
