LocalPDF Studio v3.0.0

This version has the following new features included:

1. PDF to PDF/A Converter added. (Dependency: Ghostscript)
2. Split PDF (Vertical) added.
3. CTRL/CMD+F shortcut added in PDF reader. [CTRL/CMD+F for searching texts inside the PDF Reader.]
4. Added some wallpapers for the clock screen. Can be enabled from the settings.

Also, following changes and improvements are included:

1. Updated dependencies and packages to avoid vulnerabilities.
2. Dropped support of the older PdfSharpCore package for the latest PdfSharp v6.2.x package.
3. Added 256-bit encryption level PDF locking system alongside 40-bit and 128-bit.
4. Improved PDF processing performance.
5. Fixed - "fonts" folder is not getting shipped in the assets folder.
6. Reduced the size of the software compared to the version 2.0.0.
7. Fixed - An error is thrown while redacting a PDF file after clearing its metadata using LocalPDF Studio.
8. Added missing dark and light more support for the credit page and added some more credits inside the app.
9. Replaced most of the icons and emojis with SVGs.
